    Rooms are cozy and the location is great. The staff can be hot/cold. They are nice off the bat but don't dare piss them off. I asked for a late check-out on arrival for 12:45pm; I was told it wasn't a problem.

    The front desk called in the morning to inform me check out was for 11a.m. I again asked for a late check out and that it was arranged the night before. Again was told it was not a problem, that they would bill for the extra time on a hourly increment. (Agreed)

    30 minutes later. I got a knock on my door by the cleaning staff. Oh boy did I get an earful. Not only that, I tried to tell her I spoke with the front desk twice. I got the eye roll and a sarcastic "okay have a good day".
